PRICES & AVAILABILITY

The prices are per flat for 2 persons per day.
The local tourist tax of € 2 per person and night (age 14 and over) is not included in the price. 
The South Tyrol Guest Pass is included for the duration of your stay.
With this advantage card, you can use public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.

More information

  • The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and costs € 40,00.

  • The local tourist tax introduced on 1 January 2014 is not included in the price and is charged separately at
    € 2 per person per night. This must be paid separately at the end of the stay.

  • Only stays from 7 nights on are accepted.

  • Arrival is possible from 3.00 pm (until 7.00 pm) and departure must be before 10.00 am.If you arrive after 7 pm, please inform us on time.

  • These are non-smoking flats, so please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony.

  • We also request that you arrive without pets.

  • PAYMENT: We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit and EC cards. You can pay in cash upon arrival or also pay by bank transfer before arrival.

  • CANCELLATION: Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel – we will do our best to accommodate your needs. The following cancellation policy applies: 

    • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge​

    • From 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booked travel price will be charged​
